A celebration was organized on the occasion of Christmas at NTPC Gadarwara premises by Bal Vikas Bhawan and Avni Mahila Mandal on 20th and 21st December respectively with great zeal and enthusiasm. Smt. Anu Soni, President, Avni Mahila Mandal addressed the occasion and briefed about the relevance of Christmas. Speaking on the occasion, she said that, Christmas marks the birth of Jesus Christ and is being celebrated by billions of people around the world. 
On this occasion, various in-house cultural programs and fun games were also organized for the kids and ladies of the Bal Vikas Bhawan and Avni Mahila Mandal.
